Plastic pallets
Basing on our 10-years experience in plastic pallet production, we have created a pallet renting system. You pay a monthly payment and you don’t have to worry about repairs – the damaged pallets are replaced with new ones in our factory in Bydgoszcz (Poland)

We recommend a solutin that has been successfully applied mostly in Scandinavian countries by offering you a new, third generation pallet!
Renting system is exceptionally recommended if the pallets continuously circulate.
Possibilities of usage:
- indirect contact with food
- export (these pallets don’t have to meet the same standards as wooden pallets ISPM 15 required in many countries)
- in countries of high hygienic demands (HACCP, clean rooms)
- industries such as: food, pharmaceutical, car, electronic
Advantages:
- is moisture-proof
- can be stored outside ( has special water drains)
- equipped with rubber inserts preventing the loading from sliding
- equipped with rubber plugs in the lower part of the pallet preventing the pallet from moving
- it is 100% recyclable therefore it is an environmental friendly product
- it is lighter than the wooden pallet
- repeatability of size with tolerance up to 1,5 mm
- resistant to steam, low temperatures, acids, fungi and bacteria
- strength and load capacity much higher than wooden pallets even if stored in high storage warehouse
- much more durable than wooden pallet (up to 10 times)
- equipped with skids enabling to store in high storage warehouse
- accessible to the forklift from all 4 sides
- products and their packages will not be damaged with splinters, nails and staples from the broken pallet
- you can stack twice as many as wooden pallets within the same space
- definitely better esthetic features, lack of rusty nails or staples
- renting costs comparable to wooden pallets, however the overall costs are lower due to the fact that they need no repairs and damaged pallets are replaced with new ones without additional payment
- unloading becomes easier in automatic systems - no line stops caused by the poor quality of a pallet
