Production
The strategic department in Hanplast is the Production. We achieve and maintain the highest level of quality and reliability of our products and services thanks to:
- 16 years of experience
- 27 modern injection moulding machines (the average age of the machines is 3 years) with clamping force from 3300 kN to 20000 kN
- solid, experienced team of employees.
We use the newest technologies and techniques such as:
- specially selected area - clean room – for production with the use of RHCM technology, thanks to which we managed to increase the time intervals between next mould polishing.
- KAIZEN techniques, due to which we have mobilised the staff to taking part in the process of improving the functioning of our company.
- SMED technique, which allows reducing the time for production change
- OEE instruments that allow precise efficiency supervision
- SAP system, thanks to which we can observe work in progres and precisely manage the stock
In the Production Department it is worth mentioning:
- the usage of gas injection
- the Motan central system consisting of conveying, blending and drying units
and
- cooperation with best tool shops thanks to whom we have reduced the mould delivery time
- constant control over the mould production process that gives us the certainty that the mould can be immediately installed on the machine without making any changes.
